Materials

Creating world-class displays requires access to a variety of materials. We work with some of the country's largest plastic extruders and distributors to bring you an endless selection of material. Our sales representatives and design team can assist you in selecting the proper material to ensure a successful project.

  • Acrylic sheet is very versatile plastic material that is lightweight yet shows outstanding impact and breakage resistance and is available in virtually any color or finish you can imagine.

  • Polycarbonate sheet is the toughest transparent plastic sheet available. It is virtually unbreakable – over 250 times stronger than glass and 30 times stronger than acrylic sheet. Polycarbonate is an ideal material for glazing applications that have high security requirements.

  • Mirror sheet may be made from acrylic, polycarbonate, or PETG. Mirror is shatter-resistant, lightweight, and offers good design flexibility, easy installation and assembly.

  • PETG sheet is a thermoplastic sheet used in visual merchandising and engineering applications. PETG couples high durability and clarity with fabrication advantages to produce complex shapes for finished part economy.

  • PVC sheet is a versatile material that offers advantages over wood and metal. It is impervious to many chemicals, optically clear and can be easily cut, sawed, thermoformed or vacuum formed.

  • Graphics Arts Board is lightweight and excellent for displays and presentations. This board is made from an extruded polystyrene foam core laminated to two sheets of white clay-coated paper.

  • Styrene is an extruded and annealed sheet or rod with excellent clarity, rigidity and hardness.

  • Sintra is a rigid closed cell, homogeneous foamed, polyvinyl chloride board without surface liners and is moisture resistant. Ideal uses include screen-printing, displays, exhibits, signage and mounting.

  • ABS sheet has superior chemical and abrasion resistance. It has good electrical properties and is easily machined with high speed, carbide-tipped tools.

  • Vinyl is soft in nature and will conform to curved or flat surfaces, which makes it superior for any type of graphics.
